The building and rooms look very new, and the room itself is quite spacious. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were very friendly. Since we have different sleeping habits, they even provided us with an extra single duvet, which was very thoughtful.There’s a bar on the ground floor where people gather to chat—it creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

It was a nice, cozy hotel with kind and helpful staff and located a very short walk to the train station for easy access into Munich. Gabriel, at the front desk, was especially helpful with directions and a GREAT recommendation for local restaurants!

Bedroom and hotel decoration is nice and contemporary, and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient to access city centre by train, and there are good options for restaurants and shops in the area. Easy check-in and check-out.

The design of the bedroom and the hotel was really nice. The bedroom has a coffee machine,wardrobe, and a flat TV. It doesn't contain a fridge or kettle, but we didn't need them. The bathroom is also very tidy, and the walk-in shower is big. There is free parking at the hotel and inside there is also a restaurant which we didn't try but looked very modern. If we had not eaten earlier, then we would have definitely tried it. :)

Had to miss the breakfast, unfortunately. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. I had a steak cooked exactly how I like it. I loved the decor. Staff were great. Very glad that the hotel provided secure parking. The location was terrific - in the middle of what felt like a charming village. And for people travelling by public transport, the railway station was only a few minutes walk away.

The check-in process was quick, the room was clean and had a nice design. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our short stay. When we arrived, there was room in the back garden to park our car (but the parking lot filled very quickly during the evening). We chose this location because it was pet-friendly (we stayed with 2 small dogs) and we didn't have any issues at all. There is also a small park right next to the hotel/restaurant to quickly walk our dogs.

The hotel will be smart once it is finished. There were building works going on, so the hotel is only partially complete. The rooms are small but comfortable with double bed for single use. The location is good being only a short walk to Unterhaching S Bahn station taking about 29 mins to the city centre. It is also close to the motorway network. There is secure underground parking at no extra cost right now. The bar area is very pleasant with good service. Self service breakfast buffet was good. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pleasant stopover

Very clean, big and spacious room, good bathroom, small kitchen in the room, 25 minutes by train from the center of Munich (marienplatz), amazing bar-restaurant, parking, comfortable mattresses, a lot of restaurants around, good value for money.

Well situated with 20 min train ride to Munich. Nice big room, able to cook , it was quiet, comfy large bed, lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast downstairs.
